Summary of Position

At Sawmill Adventure Park, we strive to provide an exceptional fun, safe, family orientated environment. All employees are expected to greet and service customers and fellow coworkers in a friendly, respectful manner. There will be a high level of expectation for maintaining safety standards and accountability. Sawmill Adventure Park will also strive to provide a positive team environment where everyone contributes to the overall goal. 


  • Will be expected to attend all Sawmill Adventure Park Meetings and Trainings. 

  • Willing to adhere to all established rules, regulations, procedures, and policies of Sawmill Adventure Park.

  • Willing  to work evenings, weekends and possibly some holidays.

  • Willingness to be a team player and a hard worker.

  • Must be able to work effectively with a variety of people with diverse personalities.

  • Must be reliable and prompt when reporting to work.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must posses good communication skills and to perform all aspects of the job in a friendly, courteous manner. 

  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work assigned positions as needed.

  • Has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.

  • Participates in maintaining a clean and safe enviroment for all guests.


  • Perform all tasks required to provide service to the guests in the Cafe, general seating area, and party rooms. This includes taking food/drink orders answering questions, delivering food and working well with all event organizers and staff.

  • Cook, prepare, and serve food items to specifications in an efficient manner, while displaying the highest standards of customer service. 

  • Greet customers with a positive, friendly demeanor.

  • Explain and be knowledgeable of jump area rules for each station. 

  • Coordinate and be knowledgeable of protocols in case of injury.

  • Have the ability to speak clearly, give information and have an outgoing personality in order to effectively assist guests.

  • Have a willingness to learn how to use a point of sale system.

  • Be flexible and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
